Yes, the closed domes do fit the thin tubes. The whistling you experience usually happens due to an improper fit. We recommend trying a different size or type of dome, preferably closed domes—as they provide a better seal and will help eliminate whistling. Also, when people get very close, it may block the microphones and cause feedback. If this happens, simply repositioning your hearing aids should help.
